Positioning of the looper on the Singer Brilliance 6180

Now we put the machine back down normally and unscrew the thread tensioner and loosen this long screw (no need to unscrew it)

We’re going down again and unscrew the catcher’s flap for safety

Again to the top of the machine and slightly loosen the screw from the bobbin winder setting

Now the worst because you have to split the casing and plastic latches can crack.

I started from the top and somehow it went

Here you can see our screw which we can adjust the hook

I had to remove the back cover and tighten the bolts from the gears of the looper drive

Place the hook in the right needle position (standard above the eyelet)

In the left position something like this will come out (without keeping the needle bar loose)

It can only be folded when inserting the tensioner and it must hit its place in the housing

A short screw at the top and a long screw at the bottom if someone asks 🙂
