Retracted half-rack Archer Sophia 2015

This is another machine that came to me “spun” and during sewing began to break the needles.

The entry is divided into pages.

Movie showing failures

In this case, you did not have to disassemble the entire machine to remove the fault. But I will show you how it all looks.

We start by opening the door

Pivots holding the treadmill sideways and remove it

We also remove the hook

Unscrew the first screw holding the back cover

We remove the screw cap and unscrew the front cover

At the back of the machine, we turn the screw holding the housing (blue) and unscrew the needle plate (green)

From the top under the handle we have another 2 screws (blue) and loosen the screw from adjusting the amount of thread wound on a bobbin (green)

We put the machine on the back and unscrew the bottom case (blue) and the screw holding the back case (green)

We close the door and unscrew another screw (blue)

We only loosen the screw marked with an arrow

I marked the red square with the place where I adjust the hook position

We put the machine on its legs and unscrew another screw (blue), I marked the bolt with an arrow
